Perspective Archaeology™

Stop being compared. Start being understood.

I help B2B SaaS, AI, and deep-tech founders turn their perspective into a startup narrative — then into the sales deck that wins enterprise deals. Built from your existing deck and real sales calls, not a template.

You don’t have a deck problem. You have a perspective problem.

In short, you’ve built a product-centric deck. Focused on capabilities, differentiation, and proof. Forgetting that buyers don’t adopt a new way of thinking because you showed them more evidence — they adopt it because you showed them a different way of seeing their own problem.

And so the deck does its job. It explains. But it doesn’t convert. The room nods, asks for a vendor comparison, and tells you they’ll “think about it.”

So the room needs to believe, before they compare, by…

The fix isn’t a sharper feature list. It’s a perspective shaped into a startup narrative, then written into the sales deck — so it travels with whoever presents it, not just you.

“This isn’t marketing. It’s the thinking that gets a six-figure enterprise deal across the line.”

Perspective becomes the deck.

Three layers, in order — surface to bedrock. Skip one, and the deck reverts to a feature list.

Surface — Source

Perspective

Your unique point of view on the domain or industry, excavated and made explicit, not just felt.

Mid-layer — Story

Startup Narrative

That point of view combined with what your product actually does, shaped into one story your whole team can carry.

Bedrock — Asset

Sales Deck

The narrative, written into the asset you actually use in the room.

A 2-week dig, start to close.

One live call to excavate. The rest is built from what’s pulled out of it.

01

Intake — you share your business

You fill out a detailed sheet covering your business, market, and competitive landscape — and send over your current sales deck and 2–3 recordings of real sales calls.

02

The excavation call

We get on a 2-hour live call. This is where Perspective Archaeology™ happens — I dig past what you’ve built to the belief that made you build it in the first place. Nothing here is guessed. It’s pulled out of you, live.

03

I build your narrative, then write your deck

Working from the call, your business details, and your real sales calls, I first shape your perspective and what your product actually does into your startup narrative. Then I write that narrative directly into your sales deck, slide by slide.

04

Hand-off

You receive two things: a narrative presentation showing your perspective and how your story should come out, and your fully rewritten sales deck — ready to use in the room.

You don't just leave with clarity. You leave with the asset you actually use to close.

The offer

The Perspective Archaeology™ Sprint

A 2-week process. One live 2-hour call to excavate your perspective — then I build from there.

01

Your perspective lens — your unique point of view on the domain or industry, excavated and made explicit, not just felt.

02

Your startup narrative — that point of view combined with what your product actually does, shaped into one story your whole team can carry.

03

Your sales deck — the narrative, fully written into the asset you use to close.

Founders who want their perspective compounding publicly move into a weekly retainer. I interview you for an hour each week, write and design the LinkedIn content, and hand it to you to post. I also help with keynote talks and keep your deck sharp as your narrative evolves. Same narrative. Every room.

From founders who’ve been understood.

CO-FOUNDER, VERITY

Working with Manikandan on a new business pitch was a rewarding experience. Since it was a completely new category, he took the time to understand the market, the consumer and the business challenge before building the strategy. His approach to brand strategy and positioning gave us a clear direction and helped the entire team align on a strong story for the client. What I appreciated most was his ability to simplify a complex category into a focused and compelling strategic thought that the creative team could build on with confidence. His contribution played a significant role in helping us win the business. -Binu Varghese CD/Founder Brandbay Creatives.

Before you book the call.
Who is this for?

I work with Seed & Series A B2B founders in SaaS, AI, and deep-tech who still sell through a human conversation — a call, a demo, a room — even if some of your growth comes through self-serve. If your entire funnel is self-serve with zero sales conversations, this isn’t built for you. There’s no room for the deck to live in.

The founder leads the excavation call — the perspective has to come from you, not a proxy. You can bring a co-founder or senior salesperson into the process after that, but the live call is founder-only.

The deck is where your perspective gets tested in the highest-stakes room you have — the one with a buyer deciding whether to spend real budget. LinkedIn builds familiarity before that room. The deck is what happens inside it.

Within the sprint, the deck is the focus. Afterward, I also help with LinkedIn content, keynote talks, and keeping your deck sharp as your narrative evolves — all built from the same core narrative, not separate projects with a different story each time.

You can walk away with your narrative and deck, or move into a weekly retainer — I interview you for an hour, write and design your LinkedIn content, you post it. Same narrative, new room.
